The question

“Tell me about your current relationship with your body.”

It is one of five questions on the Vessel intake form. It is the one women stop at.

Because the honest answer is rarely a good one. You manage it. You monitor it. You work around it. You have a great deal of language for it. You do not live in it.

Why a container

Not another course. A cocoon.

“The level of transformation available is directly correlated with the safety and the sanctity of the container. An example of this in nature is the Cocoon. A cocoon is a sacred container where the caterpillar transforms into a butterfly. The sanctity of the cocoon is what holds the butterfly when it’s in its most vulnerable state. Without the solidity of the cocoon, deep transformation is not possible. This is the same for us.”

That is what Vessel is. Four months of held container — not four months of information.

For Brittany — four payments of A$400 totals A$1,600, but the price is A$1,597. The Stripe notes say it should be A$399.25 four times. Needs a decision.

What you are already thinking

Straight answers

Do I need experience with this kind of work?

No. Vessel is open to anyone. No prerequisites, no application.

Is there an application I have to pass?

No. There is an intake form, and it exists so Brittany knows who is walking in — not to screen you out.

Do I need to do Feel or Shapeshifter first?

No. Vessel can be bought on its own, from anywhere.

Is Avatara included, or extra?

Included, for six months, from the day you join. Vessel is the way in.

What if I miss a live call?

Unanswered. The current spec does not say whether the Vessel live calls are recorded. It is the most common question on any live course.

Is this therapy?

No. It is body-based soul work. It is not therapy and not medical care, and it does not replace either.

Before you begin

What she will ask you

The whole intake form. There is no right answer to any of them.

  1. What drew you to this work, and what spoke to you the most about it?
  2. In a few words, tell me about your current relationship with your body.
  3. Have you explored any somatic or body-based work before?
  4. What do you desire for yourself and your life as a result of an experience like this?
  5. What are you quietly hoping will shift or open through this experience?
